A bitch charged back...
 

This is our seceond credit card charge back since starting our site in May... This little bitch cancelled her membership four days after she started her subscription... That was 1 1/2 month ago and today she charged back. So I sent her this little email:

"Hi there Dawn

I hope you understand that charging back a service that you have used for a month is considered fraud and a federal felony. Just wanted to let you know that our lawyers are looking into this and that the appropriate authorities are being informed. Have a nice day."

In the future, do you guys and girls have any better ideas how to word an email like this? Give me your best examples please :)

I'm sure they are laughing thier ass off as they know that no one prosecutes for such crimes and thats if they are reading at all. You are really wasting your time with these people, best thing you could do is get that CC blocked with other sites or your processor.
