REWARD $5000.00 For the recovery of owed money from Ibill.

I'll give half of what Ibill owes me, they owe me over 10 thousand dollars to the person firm or company that can get that money from them. Anyone willing to try? 5000 thousand bucks. It's yours if you can get the recovery.

Here is a bump for you, but I think there are companies that are owed way more than that, and they don't really have much luck getting any $$ back...

True, lots of people are owed a LOT of money. I'm willing to part with half of what I'm owed to see if I can get anything from these scum. They and anyone working for them helping them belong in jail. Simple as that.

I still can not believe that no ones willing to fight for the money owed. The lack of responce to a post like this just goes to show how little help there is in this industry. But if I missed a single payment to an affilaite or had the latest info on some retard rims then there would be a 25 fucking page thead about it.

This is the adult industry. Half of it is run by 18 yr olds who work in their bedroom while their mommy is cooking dinner. What do you expect?

I dont know the whole story about this whole pile of shit, but IIRC, didnt everyone basically sign settlement agreements that amounted to - more or less - a full and complete waiver of most of the debtor's rights?

in simple terms no.. why would someone sign an agreement that waived their right to payment.. I think your confusing the fact some people signed an agreement to stagger their payments to keep ibill from folding. That agreement i'm assuming would be default as soon as they missed their obligations.

Ah, maybe that was it. Its possible to sign all your rights away without actually waiving the right to collect payment. I am sure these agreements had some "no sue" language in them. I think everyone has pretty much pinned themselves into a corner.

This sounds alot like what was going on in the 80s, companies would go to thier workforce and tell them they were gonna fold unless the employees agreeed to take this cut and that one and that in exchange for thier loyalty, they'd get ESOP or some crap. Then the top level execs would cash out quietly over the next few months and squander/encumber the company assets then suddenly the company would fold without warning and everyone would be left high and dry. Happened to my grandfather at a company called Murphy Motor Freight.

None the less, it sucks and I hope everyone gets at least some of what they are owed. Should put the fuckers in charge over there in jail.

If I could find a lawer to handle the case then great, I already posted another thread to list firms that are or could handle it.

If they're legally in default then can't you sell the debt to a recovery agency? Or file a civil suit?

Phil 03-31-2006 07:40 PM

detail please... where you're at and such..

Gerco 03-31-2006 08:01 PM

I'm located in Cincinnati.

If your seroius and think you can help, ICQ me 4009474. Get me the money I'm owed and I will gladly hand you half of it. I'm just sick of Ibills shit and want this over with.

StatsJunky 03-31-2006 09:39 PM

Do what someone else suggested and contact a collection agency with the details. I don't know what kind of fees they take, but, you should be able to get some of your money back.
