Ah, cool - I have my own thread :) You're right though, my car's a POS. The only reason I'm driving it is because it's a 0% interest loan and it's still under warranty. 1000 miles before it's out of warranty it goes bye-bye. I bought it at the same time I bought my truck (also 0% interest, or I would have paid cash for both), but the truck was totalled after a year. GAP insurance was the smartest $300 I'd ever spent - got rid of the POS truck and got it paid off :)

Though I bet I have more invested in MY teeth than you do in yours ;) A lot of that I can thank IBM for paying for though :)

Why are Peaches and Amp (rock group from 70s?) bragging about bad teeth?

Mine were just really, really crooked :( (thank you again, IBM).

Now that I'm old, they've been filled so many times I'm getting crowns. Unlike Amp, I'm not getting the diamond studded ones, just the porcelain (I'm a poor Section 8 resident, apparently) so it's just about $7K for the last 6 crowns, 4 fillings, and a night guard.

Wisdom teeth are gone (MCI paid for that :) ) so at least that's 4 less I have to worry about :thumbsup

The Army took out my wisdom teeth. They weren't bothering me or anything, but they said I had to get them removed anyway. :/ I only had 2 apparently.

I've heard the Marines do that before they even ship you off for boot now! My son still had his wisdom teeth in the AF, so I guess they let you keep them there.

My son never had a cavity in 21+ years. I paid a fortune for his braces and ortho surgery (poor kid was born with my crooked teeth) but I swear, those sealants they have now are incredible!! :)
