usually fall asleep around 4am, its 7:13am and im not even tired (not enough to sleep). grrr....looks like i'll be taking a nap for 3 hours then waking back up and then go to bed around midnight tonight to re-set my sleeping schedule. :( :( :(

Try an ambien and ativan combo, you'll sleep nice and easy and feel good in when you wake up to...not all groogy like with other sleep aids.

I hate when insomnia sets in, it can keep me up for days, causing me headaches, muscle aches etc
I usually smoke a joint when it has been set in for 24 hours
sometimes it helps sometimes it makes me more hyper and I still can't get to sleep.

I average maybe 5 hours total each night.wake up at 4 .I refuse to take pills to aid me to sleep

I sleep for only 5 hours or worse 4 hours everyday.
