At what midnight? They keep a 9-5 dude and they have more affiliates than probably every program that posts here. I know people like to hate but uhhh they do know what they are doing.

Yes, at midnight. A site/program that big should be able to provide that level of support. Do you not agree? If you ran a program half that size, would you have a "dude" only working "9-5"?

No I don't agree. I know more than one person personally that thinks work is for 9-5 5 days a week. They make plenty of money but will not work past 6 or on weekends. Adult is the only industry where you can find $6 an hour sales reps on a 2 in the morning, very few other mainstream affiliate programs or even businesses rep at 2 am. I can send an email to 20 right now and not get a response from 18 of them until morning.

That's cool man, that's your opinion and you are certainly entitled to it. However, some of us realise and take advantage of the World market that we have easily available to us, different time-zones do exist. Guess that's more pieces of the pie a serious business owner has a shot at. Especially considering half the affiliates could be on the other side of the World, and may need support.

Haha I know you aren't a $6 an hour rep. However, these 18 to 20 hour days are for people struggling to get to the top. I work my ass off and I'm online every waking hour for the people I need to talk to daily. If I had a couple hundred million in the bank for my years of working long hours I might just shut the pc down at 5 pm too. :upsidedow

And I know what you mean about the CS 24/7. some of the programs that you would think has it does not, and then some that you dont expect to have it, does. I guess that in general the internet has changed the way LOTS of companies do business.

I think it's pretty opposite in adult. The biggest companies are the ones without 24/7 support while the small to medium size guys try to give themselves every advantage they can. Then of course we're all on the forums bullshitting anyhow so may as well answer the support questions. :pimp

your missunderstood me i never said they emailed me back quick most emails have taken 2-3 biz days but in the end they make me more $$$ then other cam programs so i dont care how long emails take.
