I disagree cause if you get shit traffic in to a tgp then the surfer will stay because he/she is used to a crap site and will like yours more

You're wrong IMHO. Whether or not a surfer is used to shitty sites is nothing to do with whether or not they will break out a credit card, and you make it sound like the goal is for the surfer to stay at your site.. you are aware that costs you money, right?

The idea of building sites is to grab whatever money the surfer is willing to give up, and when you've drained their wallet, or whatever portion they're willing to give up, you want to get rid of them so they don't cost you any more money.

Think of a website as a traffic FILTER.. nothing more.
