What font is best to view from a surfers standpoint
 

I am wondering what font is easiest on the eyes and best for lots of text for a blog or review site.

Also, what font is most appealing/popular from a surfers standpoint.

Any help is appreciated :thumbsup

I'd stay with the basics for eye ease... verdana, arial type fonts... times new roman possibly... Just make sure you stick with fonts that are, by default, on all systems..

I doubt that many surfers will leave a site because they don't like the font.. unless the colors of the font are hard to read against the bg color..

Colors are more important than the font, IMHO. Stick with the normals and avoid scripty fonts at all costs.

10 pt verdana is always a winner :)

12px verdana with a 1.3em line height

Arial, Verdana or Tahoma

I use Tahoma more than most fonts. It's letter spacing is far more appealing than Verdana's.

11px for something "designed" nice...12px is a lot easier to read in any font face.

I mostly use arial, and verdana and tahoma after that.
Sometimes I even go with comic sans :-S
