Rules/Laws surrounding CELEBRITY PICTURES?
 

What are the rules or laws surrounding posting celebrity pictures?

Not copyrighted images taken by FHM or stuff, but images such as taken on the red-carpet?

I know this is not a hardcore question, but any thoughts would be useful!

Any red carpet images you find will have copyrights just like something in FHM. Any professional photo has a copyright, and republishing them is always in breech. There's basically no war to make a legal celeb site, so if you sell celebs, do it offshore like you would stealing anyone else's content. Unless of course you have the rights to a sex tape like xpays with Paris Hilton.

if you didn't take the picture you don't have the right to republish it

if you didn't buy the picture from the people that took the picture, you don't have the right to republish it

if you didn't get permission from the people that took the pic to republish it, you can't republish it

There are no rules, there's only luck.

Are there any PPC or pay-per-sale sponsors that I can use on a celebrity site?


Will adult-friend-finder accept it?
