Thumb Size (optimum)
 

What size should I be looking at if I have a site with only 10 thumbs plus a header on?
Some of my thumbnails are 15k+, is this too big?

I would try to get them just under that.,

depends how large your thumbs are... I usually have 160x120 thumbs which are around 6-8kb
