LittleMack 03-28-2006 11:27 AM

Is it going to be seen all over the globe or in just certain spots?

Manowar 03-28-2006 11:28 AM

LittleSassy 03-28-2006 11:54 AM

in what part will this occur?

dynastoned 03-28-2006 12:03 PM

is it the solar eclipse that makes all shadows look like a 1/4 moon? i remember about a year ago or so it happened wierd shit. shadows were irregular and shit it was nuts. i remember looking at the shadow from my orange tree and the shadows from the oranges weren't complete circles but 1/4 circles.

Yeah, that shadow thing is cool as shit.

Like you, I remember sitting under a tree and realizing all the little spots of light leaking thru the spaces between the leaves were cresents.

there was an earthquake today in tokyo

Scott McD 03-28-2006 03:15 PM

It's always too cloudy here to ever see anything...

D 03-28-2006 04:57 PM

Doesn't look like we're even going to be seeing it over here in the States.

Brazil... through Africa... and into Ukraine.

Peeps in Europe will at leats get the view of a Partial.

Oh... and Solar Eclipses have absolutely nothing to do with earthquakes... in case anyone was wondering. Solar/Lunar Eclipses are a visual effect produced by the exact positioning of the Earth, Moon, and Sun at a particular time while Earthquakes are the result of tectonic movement beneath the Earth's surface.

Michaelious 03-28-2006 04:58 PM

certain places will see it, u can't have a solar eclipse everywhere

d_train 03-28-2006 06:17 PM

I have only seen a solar eclipse once, and it was just partial and very cloudy that day
