I just fucked up my back at the gym!!!
I was doing shrugs and like a dumbass looked at a chick that walked in instead of keeping my head straight. I felt a electric shock down the left side of my body and now my back is all fucked up.
I can still move but it feels like I have a REALLY bad kink in it. Has anyone ever done this before? It sucks! :mad: |

nearly broke my neck a week ago during some gymnastic training, still hurts like shit so I feel for you |

1. Take ibuprofen
2. Go to the gym and get on the treadmill. Walk slowly for about fifteen minutes. 3. Go home and shower. 4. Ice pack and then heat Walk. Move your back. Do stretching. |

u should still go and consult with a doctor cause injuries like that will stay with you and act up more frequently! i strained my neck about two years ago and it still aches if i sleep wrong or twist to fast...

I just finished a year rehab for a torn L5. Take any damage to your back seriously, I didn't for the first few weeks, and then couldn't walk.

next time wear blinders while at the gym. you know there are a lot of hot chix there

You need to quit for a while. It's not advisable to do strenuous exercise when something's wrong with your body..
