you're talking 'feature' porn flicks - i hate them all - but Digital Playground is the front runner, i believe they have the largest budgets in the industry.

Evil Angel makes the best porn IMHO. Maybe not the best in production value, but it is the hottest stuff out there I think.

I just worked on a "feature" movie not too long ago with some people and I was board out of my mind. I hate that shit.

I'm a girl and even I think features are terribly TERRIBLY TERRIBLY boring. If I want to watch a movie I definitely don't want to watch porn acting. Any porn movie with too much of a storyline is really a turn off. Plus most feature porn is boring, just 2 people having sex with terrible background music, background music is really a turn off. I've gotten desensitized, I can't stand that type of boring porn anymore.

I think Evil Angel makes the best movies, the action is hot and so is Rocco.

However, the answer to your question is really subjective to the person's taste. Like the one had said, she doesn't like long storylines, neither do I. But apparently someone does or they wouldn't keep making them.

I will take a small hit in the production part of a movie if the action I like is done the way I prefer. However, everyone has their personal preferences. I know in just talking to friends, there is little anyone agrees on about this, beyond having hotties in the flick.

it's insane how many gonzo companies there are now - so saturated - DVD's selling 1500 units average - at 10 bucks a piece wholesale - 15 grand - barely covers the production and replication costs.

Evil Angel is the only company who gets 17 bucks per DVD. They are the king of gonzo.

Feature companies exist only because the cable companies, hotel PPV and satellite industry want it. VIVID makes their money slapping together compilation DVD's from all their footage.

Been a long time since I saw something I really like, it was from Anabolic and it rocked.

One of the problems with the high production features is the way they shoot. 3-4 hours to shoot a scene with the actors doing it again and again for the different versions and the different angles. So eventually they get bored, the crew get bored and everyone is going through the motions.

Add onto this the acting ability of most porn stars and you are left with crap.

Let the action flow and stop stopping it to get the mediums soft version from the through the window angle. Then you might see some fucking.
