It's a personal taste thing of course, but I see so much wrong with this list ...

Scarlett - nice, but the sexiest? Nooooo
Jessica Alba - on looks alone, she's got to be here
Jessica Simpson - Not even in the top 100 - The airhead blonde look is not sexy
Keira Knightley - She's overrated, pretty but a pencil and if you've seen her talk she comes off as a real headcase
Halle Berry - Can't argue much with this
Jenny McCarthy - See Simpson above
Maria Sharapova - Russian so she's here
Carmen Electra - Slutty is not sexy
Teri Hatcher - 10 years ago, definetly

Now, here's a few names I'd rather see there - only they are less "news worthy" so they don't get the exposure:

Monica Bellucci - Probably the sexiest celebrity alive, by a mile
Rachel Wiesz - Beautiful and very sweet/sexy
Sophie Marceau - From the Bond flick "The World Is Not Enough"
Connie Nielsen - See her in the "Ice Harvest", very nice
Jaime King - "Goldie" in "Sin City", for that role alone, she's here

dont agree with these three:
- Jessica Alba; overrated as fuck, very skinny and her face dont appeal to me at all
- Jessica Simpson; well her face.. she just doesnt have the right face.
- Halle Berry; nothing special
