Lost 11 Pounds in Two Weeks-NutriSystem rocks...
 
Well wanted to lose about 25 pounds and been seeing NutriSystem work on Celebrity Fit Club(Vh1) and decieded to give it a try. Well first two weeks I lost 11 pounds and not starving to death at all. Shit rocks. Would recommend these folk if anyone wants to lose a little or a lot of weight. :thumbsup

I lost a 12-13 in the same time on South Beach w/out any excersize. I should really toss in some cardio and weight training.

You can't magically lose weight from diet alone - you're exersizing with this im guessing, and quite a bit of it. People who have larger amounts of weight to drop shed it very quickly at first.

I am exercising, I am seeing that it is slowing down now. My target is 2 pounds per week...

I've recently started w/ a personal trainer...and am in the catch 22. I'm working out so much, that I'm hungrier more often. The whole "small-meal-every-2-hours" thing is ok...unless you're on a plane...or in Cancun....or confusing vodka redbulls as a food group. But hey, at least I'm trying, right?

Actually the food they send ya is pretty good, you do get to supplement veggies and other things with it.

I'm at 172 lbs. right now.. I wanna get up to about 190... In order to do that though, I'm gonna have to work out a shitload.. but I don't really have that time lately..

Maybe I'll just turn out to be about 170-180 but lean muscle...

How much do you weigh now LittleMack? You did not look seriously overweight the last time I saw you...

I am not overweight, I now weigh 204 and want to get to 180. I was 215 when I started the diet.

Thats how it works in the beginning, it will slow down, try and add as much excercise as you can too :thumbsup

I forgot to mention Bill.. Remember when I went to Manila? I lost 10 pounds from shitting after my return.... that two weeks sucked... lots of rice and yogurt...
