Registering ppls names as domain wrongful?
 

i was wondering, if i registered a non-celebrity's first name, last name.. would i be breaking some sort of "law"

It depends on your motives and the use you put it to. If it's to resell it to that person for more money or to keep them from getting it, you're probably in the wrong.

so i can use their name for my personal reason, even if its sending it to ******* or such?

That use could be viewed as defamation.

ok. how about if i used the name and directed to a political point of view that might or might not be their beliefs?

how would you feel if someone registered your real name and "directed to a political point of view that might or might not be your belief" - or did anything else with it?

sounds like an easy way to end up in court :2 cents:
