do I have to pay $6.99/mo + the money it shows to download?

or is $6.99 the max I'd have to pay monthly?

there is a buy image there now that wasn't before

You can listen, download but you cannot put it on a CD, and when you cancel your membership, then the songs will stop playing.
You can also buy the tracks if you want.
