Animated Video Gifs - How Do You Make Them?
 

To some this might be a stupid question but its time I learn. I know I could pay someone to make these for me, but I kinda want to learn myself.

How do you do it? Here is an example ..

I figure just make screencaps of the video and throw them into imageready or whatever to make an animated gif :)

Just cut the avi/mpeg in any video editing soft, and then search for "convert avi to gif" or similar on google. There are lots of small proggies that will do that for you :)

Save the frames with windows moviemaker and bring them into moviegear.
