As you know, MFISC LLC purchased the assets of ETC (UK) Ltd a/k/a GIB on February 22nd, 2002. We did this in an attempt to allow the
preexisting GIB dialer business to function autonomously from the group of which it had become a part.

The Sale and Purchase Agreement that was presented to us on February 22nd, 2002 turned out to be misleading as to ETC's: (i) current state of
affairs; and (ii) willingness to properly assume obligations regarding the non-dialer parts of its business. In addition, we learned that some ETC
assets were either taken or offset by ETC and placed beyond the reach of MFISC's acquisition.

Although every attempt was made to ensure ETC's continuation as a going concern, it is now believed, in light of the foregoing, that there is no
viable case for it to continue.

To this end, the accountants David Rubin & Partners have been instructed to assist with the convening of a meeting of ETC's creditors, about
which formal notice will be circulated shortly.

I use No ONE picpile... Havent sent dialers to people in Months.. Where here is something solid maybe..As of right now everything sucks ass.. Tested about 15 dialers in the last 3 weeks.. They all suck balls..

Why does the call have to go through an African third world nation and cost 7.99 a minute?

Why cant it stay in the USA and cost the surfer 25 cents a minute? That would be 15 dollars an hour.

I dont know many paysite owners that wouldnt love to be able charge 15 dollars an hour for their website.

These days it does stay in the U.S. since calls are routed through a 900 call.

I wish we could charge 25 cents a minute, but AT&T charges 35 cents a minute for transport alone.

Plus it's optional to pay for a 900 call, so the surfer doesn't HAVE to pay.

Diallers are scams that take over peoples computers I have one here in my office now of a customer thats getting the format c: fix because of a damn dialler. :mad:

Go get a real job or learn to promote sites legitimately so you don't have to rip people off with these scams. :2 cents:

I agree. I reckon a reasonbly priced dialer would actually do fairly well. Plus, i think it would be a legitimate source of income.. I doubt the users would feel so ripped off...
