RSS news portal

Hello Everyone,

I am in need of a software to create a news portal based on RSS feeds
I need a software which would parse RSS feeds,will give an easy option to change the way i show each feed,the number of news,remove description from each feed etc

Can anyone please recommend me a software ?

I used the libraries Rome and Informa for my site. They're not a software package with a gui, however I thought I'd still post them as decent RSS parsers.
