I had something similar in my PMs on another board a while ago, but the guy had been posting for a while before hand and just had some basic questions about using banners...

Are they disabled in the english language? probably bullshit, I get maile like that from about 65 domains daily. Email fishers are pretty crafty.

Sounds legit dude. Never got a variation... though who knows... what i want to know is why this raptor@ dude didn't just post on GFY or some gazillion boards he could choose from... that makes me a little suspicious...

But then maybe he just heard of the great baddog and wanted to forego the mountain for mohammed :P

There are a lot of lurkers out there that will never post on a board. Dozens of them are on my ICQ list.

I decided to send him to one of my new blogs, but added this: It was the public domain comment that aroused my suspicion.
