Any Adword users here that can help me out?

I want to run a short test campaign for 20-$30. I never used adwords before so I'm starting out real low. I found a keyword that has no competitors that matches my product. The traffic estimator says I'll get 170-200 clicks a day at .10 a click(my max) and my daily budget set at $20. My question is how do i stop the campaign after i reach $20 just go in and canel my account? I don't want to run the campaign everyday. Thanks

Just pause the campaign after you've used what you want

first thing I would do is log off this board and read the google adwords FAQ. they provide it for a reason.

You can specify dates you want the campaign online although 200 clicks per day @ 10c each is $20, so you'd select a 1 day campaign.

Alternatively, you can use their budgeting tool and say your budget is $20, although their budget tool is inteded for monthly budgets, you it will spread the $20 over a month term.

secondly - estimated traffic is usually way off

just put in a 5 cent bid or whatever and watch it for a few hours and see how many clicks you get. you're not going to go bankrupt in one afternoon

You can make money with adwords just start low and work your way up. EXPECT TO LOOSE SOME MONEY before you find out what works. Once you find out what works don't fuck with it.

True I have yet to see an estimate that is even close to being accurate.
