I have no hate towards Muslims but I do have hate against fundamentalist Muslims just like I hate right wing Christians blowing up abortion clinics or any other fundamentalists that use violence.

I honestly don't care if you are black, white, blue or yellow. Jewish, Muslim, Christian or Hindu. We should be able to exist side by side with respect for each others political, religious and personal views.

If you are not 'fundamentalist' then you are not Muslim. You cannot pick and choose which bits of Islam you want to follow. You either follow it to the best of your abilities in which case you are a Muslim or you don't in which case you are not a Muslim. If you are not a Muslim but claim to be one then you are munafiq or kafir and hence you are just as much a target of the Muslims as the rest of the infidels.

I'm a non practicing jew boy who's step-father is from Egypt and is Muslim. My mom moved to Egypt 15 years ago and actually converted to Muslim because she had too. If she wasn't Muslim and something happened to my step father, she would get nothing.

I have no problem with any religion but I hate all radicals of their such religion. People that think they are above the religion and above others.

And Izzz, I hate to burst your bubble, but if you want to be a real muslim, you are not allowed to smoke, drink and gamble ... period. Unless you just consider yourself a 65% muslim.

So many people say they are a religion, yet they don't follow the rules. Its ok to believe in certain parts of a religion but if you are not fully practicing that religions "laws" then you really arn't all that religious. Thats why I'm a non-practicing jew. I was raised by a jewish family but i don't believe in any religion. I believe in simple things like ... Do Unto Others As You'd Have Them Do Unto You. If you follow the GOLDEN RULE ... then you will live a respectful and wonderful life.

9/11 affected me in a huge way; It's one of those things I'll never ever forget. Looking back at it now, we should be thankful that America is what it is, a huge melting pot, and that millions of Muslims live in the US who practice their religion but do not subscribe to the hatred. Obviously, it's very clear that dozens of religions can live in harmony as they do here in the United States.

One of the most disappointing things to come out of 9/11 was an incident a day after where someone in Phoenix decided to kill a Muslim only because he was a Muslim. This is not typical of the way Americans act.

Islam is from god is it not. Hence, it is up to god to define what Islam is. My previous post had nothing to do with personal opinion. I don't have an opinion on the matter. I was stating the actual definition of what a Muslim is. Since you do not follow Islam (the definition of Islam is known, so it is possible for us to know that you are not a Muslim since you do not practice Islam), I simply stated that you are not a Muslim. There's no arguing with that. You'd have better success arguing that pigs don't shit.

If you really think that you are a Muslim but you do not act like one, then you are in fact a munafiq or a murtad and if the Muslims were ever to gain power where you live then you'd be killed even before they began slaughtering all of the local atheists, Hindus, pagans, Buddhists and all the Jews and Christians who refused to pay the jizzya.
