I think that is a pretty accurate number. If there are 5,000 members then 50 are successful...I think that's about right. The rest are kids, wanna-bes, sig whores, or just all around worthless dumbshits. It truly is a funny thing.

Actually, it took me 2 years to figure out how to register. So it took 5 years to work it out.

My take. Back in '02 everyone was still in discovery, evolving the business of porn to what it is today. It's like a nation becoming industrialized. You have Rockefellers emerging from the opportunity and setting the standard. They've gone on to retirement (for the most part) having made their fortune. What we have left today is the fallout you see here. Mostly scavengers and bottom feeders looking for crumbs of opportunity that has all pretty much been monopolized by the large sponsors. The noise you see here are all the little worker ants feeding that monopoly, and with so many legs, not much opportunity for getting wealth.

With that said, any new titans that emerge from here on in are going to be achieving this secretively and through biz savvy. And I don't think for a minute that any of these entrapreneurs are going to feel quick to divulge their trade secrets in a message board while trying to get there. So no sense in asking for "business threads". :1orglaugh Because in the end, everyone is going to be out to fuck you.
