What is it with all the post count threads lately?

You know some of the biggest players in this industry have the lowest posts counts. Owners of processing companies for example etc....... For God Sakes Lensman just hit 10k and he started the freakin board. Look at TheCaptain's post count and he runs the freakin board. I look in the admin area and I am telling you the people that are well to do and hard working are the lurkers not the posters and they come out of hiding every now and again to post something helpful and useful. You guys would be amazed at how many lurkers and at who some of those lurkers are at GFY. Makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. :pimp

I am not saying that people with high post counts are not well to do and hard working, we all know who they are because they put themselves out there and use this board as one form of work, I am just saying by average there are more low post count people who are successful than high post count successful people.

But I think the threads about the post counts lately have been pretty funny, especially JimTheFiends and StuartD's. It's funny how some people view things when they don't know what really goes on behind the scenes. Kinda like the conspiracy theories of the government. They really don't know what is going on behind the scenes but some think they do and live by it. They don't know what goes on behind the scenes here but they think they do and live by it. :winkwink:

I love this board. It's a lot of fun and work does get done whether people choose to see that or not. It is a very successful board and will continue to be as long as TheCaptian and Lensman remain lovers. LOL j/king And of course all of you make the board as well. I have always looked at this board like we are all a little family. We always pull together for each other when needed, we call each other out when needed, we protect each other when needed, we play together, we fight together, build companies together, some of us have sex with each other, some of us have fallen in love with each other. I know what you are going to say about the family comment and it being incest so before you go there I mean non-blood family. haha Anyway just thought I would say my two cents over this and share a little bit of my thoughts on what this board means to me. :wetkiss
