Are those video sites legal?
 

Do these sites have copyrights to use these videos? I would assume not because alot of them are from tv shows and comercials. Alot also are home videos but I doubt they have rights to them also. Is this the celeb niche all over again untill someone start shutting them down?

The copyright issue is a major one. They are constantly policing thier sites to make sure they remove all the copywritten material. Overall they are legal.

Definately a gray area. I run one myself (College Downtime, although we don't claim to own any of them, we just house them. We don't watermark our shit, and I think that's how people are getting into trouble.
