Hey guys ... i hate having to do this in public ... but i can't believe that i'm not getting any support back in the last 6 days ... I can't believe that one of the biggest porn sponsors on the net can't manage to have at least one support guy 24 hs a day ?!?!?!?

So ... could someone please at bangbros contact me ? i already tried the support email, icq ( Which is always offline! ) and contacting directly some guys who work at the company which usually post here but i got no responses back ... I'm just requesting support, i can't believe i'm having to post here just to get some support back !!!

ICQ is your best bet, If I cannot get in touch with anyone else, I icq Carol (in pay roll) and she gets a hold of tech people or whoever. She is the best! I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to get a hold of anyone, I guess they are just not very organized, but the checks always arrive on time! ;)

Well, to be honest, i just can believe that a company who has that big ammount of cash flow can't have support 24 hs ... but leaving this fact behind ... its not just support ... i think something wrong is at my account ... i mean ... i used to have an average ratio of 1:300 since i'm sending them traffic which is about 8 months, so, on all 8 months anm average of 1:300 ... I have an average of 2 sales daily with them ... Now suddenly i'm at 1:2000 and i don't have a sale for like 8 days ... i know the biz, i know there are good and bad days ... BUT, this is more than that ... i know my traffic, i'm always sending the same traffic, this never happened me with any of all sponsors i promote, indeed, i'm not having troubles with my other sponsors ... so well, i just need someone to take a look at my account and fix it ... but hey! i can't manage to reach someone to at least answer me ...

all you have to do, is make a stink on GFY about thier ratios and magically next period your ratios with be hot shit. seriously...

Oh! and i forgot to add something which made me get mad!

I only got one response from the support, and its answer was: "This is your new account ..."

So, any serious submitter out there understand the implications of this and this is by no means a serious answer ...

What happens with my old submitted galleries ? even worst ... why am i getting a new account ? cause my old one indeed had troubles and i was right ? then what happens with the lost sells ??? See my point ? i don't get support, then i suddenly get some sort of support which indeed is un-acceptable!

My overall ratio for last period was roughtly 1:400 .... and now suddenly I have 1:1500 ... and the weird fact that scares me off is that most of traffic is not tracked accurately... I can't believe that I am sending less traffic than I used to before.

There is definitely something wrong on their end, or they are just shaving.... I don't know what else to thing.... No money from referrals... No sales, as they used to be, Not accurate traffic tracking....

You'd better post here guys....it doesn't look good at aLL!!!

Well, actually i used to love them too ... indeed they always paid on time and my ratio was acceptable with them ... and i personally like their sites very much ... but not getting any support back or stupid answers is not something which indeed helps me continue loving them ...

I've seen enough in these 2 threads to tell me what I need to know. Let's put things this way......

1. I send lots of my traffic through an adserver so I know how many uniques I push to a program...

2. I sent x amount of uniques to BB and ---------- 49.2% registered.

3. Conversely I signed up with another program last week and 98.2% registered. (That's acceptable..... browser closed, internet drop, etc.)

Like I said.... all I need to know.

Well, i hate doing this and to be honest indeed, that never happened to me ... i mean, i can't say they use the shaving mode cause i'm not sure and as i said their ratio was always acceptable, but by just taking a look at my account's history, you don't have to be a genious to notice something is wrong in my account ...

Nowadays there are lots of people in the porn biz from other fields ... indeed lots of security experts getting a piece from this biz ... i wouldn't like to get one of those guys angry with me ... even if you had a lot of money you couldn't prevent that easy an attack from those people to your sites ... i guess it would be more profitable just taking care of them as if they were top affiliates :)

But well, i'm still not getting support back and i think that is un-acceptable ...

stopped pushing them due to weird stats and ratios sucking. Great program with some great sites so it's a pity. Not pointing any fingers, perhaps they're just oversaturated? Everyman and their dog knows about bangbros.

I wrote support a question once asking how they counted the hits since it seemed way out of whack compared to the hits I tracked being sent to them and what was being reported. A TBs site was also being tracked from this Google Adwords FPA type page and when comparing the hits sent to each and the hits reported, BB was reporting less than TBs.

I got some weird response back the next day telling me to clear my cache and cookies on my browser.. :1orglaugh

Never had much luck with them on that either, so I gave up.

I dont know what to say either, my ratios are so random with them. One period it's 1:2000 and the next period it's 1:200. But this period the ratio seems decent but that's only because even though my traffic is exactly the same and steady, it suddenly shows me only sending like 50 hits a day in their stats. Same traffic, some promotion and everything for a long time now and suddenly this period all of my clicks disappear.

This is why on all my galleries i dont link directly to thier tour page. I link to a CGI script on my site that forwards the hit to thier tour.

I like to know when bitches are shaving my ratios.

Heh, this is exactly why you havent gotten a response. If they responded to every webmaster that complained about their "consistent ratios" all of a sudden turning to crap, they'd have no time for anything else. On average it takes me 2 - 3 weeks to get a reply from someone at bangbros. Try emailing support every 2 weeks. If after 2 months you dont get a response, try calling them. If you find that unacceptable, then stop promoting them. Remember, it's not like they're forcing you to promote them.

I received a response from them indeed, their answer was: "This is your new account ..."

So ... What would you do in that case ? what does it mean ? means that something was wrong and thats why they created a new one ? Sadly they never answered me when i replied to that email ... but hey! i have galleries out there with the old code ... well ... never mind ... you seem to think that is ok if they fuck us up ... from your point of view i should just shut up and left things like this ... If I'm not taken serious by a sponsor when I have a question I simply drop them. Plenty of other sponsors left to push traffic to...

Bump! nice ... suddenly support online ... i tell him i think i have a problem at my account, asks me: "you can't login ?" ... i describe him just what i described you and suddenly ... bye bye, it gets offline ... Great type of answer ...

So ... in resume ... i sent an email to support telling i noticed troubles in my account ... after a long time before answering me ... he just creates me a new account, which i understand with that action that something was wrong in my account BUT obviously that's un-acceptable cause i have lots of galleries out there using the old linkcode ... so i try with the icq support, mail and other peoples at bangbros personal email and no answers back ... now suddenly the support appears on icq asking what happens, i describe the problem and suddenly gets offline again without telling anything ... nice threatment to affiliates :thumbsup

I've actually received great support from them. Last month there was an incident where my check was lost by UPS, and they had a new check sent the next day.

Could it be that your surfers are done buying Bangbros products? Perhaps switching will increase your sales?

Well, there are different departments i guess, that one is for billings ... Actually Carol took care nicely some similar issues i had once ... But support for affiliates right now sucks! ... Duck was a really nice guy and he always was there for support, but some how i can't seem to find it at office this week :(
