Looking for a programmer based in Las Vegas with the following skills:

Extensive mysql background
Has programmed with Smarty Templates - this is a plus
Has worked with streaming online video
Has worked with online credit processing, merchant accounts, shopping carts
Has worked with membership based sites
Has solid Perl background
Has solid PHP background
Good Linux/FreeBSD admin skills and several years working with one of these operating systems.
Knows how to admin and maintain server security
