If the Karups sites never made another dollar again from new sales, they would still have more bank than any program out there just from rebills alone :) Does that qualify?

Top 5 in terms of what - sign-ups per day? monthly traffic? There are companies out there that own many different affiliate programs who do thousands of joins per day.
