I drive a S2000 first Honda Ive had and I think its a great car

I had a Honda Accord in 1995, when they first came out with the cute back lights, but twice driving on the highway, all the lights on the dash died, and the entire car went dead for about 10 or 20 seconds. Kind of scary, not even the breaks would work. I took it to the dealership and they said that it could be the computer or the transmission.
I figured out that whatever it was, it wasn't worth dieing in, so I traded it for a 1996 4Runner, best darn car (truck) I've ever had

And again you have a great car. Actually I think it's one of the most 'fun' cars to drive, that is still not a pain in the ass money wise....(maintenance costs etc)

I wasnt joking about the rain though, its a fucker when it rains. As for maintenance costs you are right. I have done nothing to it from new. Just added oil and thats it. Before the Honda I always had BM's but I'm hooked on the Honda, so doubt I would go back to a BM, the last one I had was a pile of crap :Oh crap

please tell me how to do it, i still have this thing hanging around with over 200k on it and i haven't changed the oil in it in over 50k miles (yeah i add a few quarts ever 4 or 5 months). i haven't driven it in awhile but i'm thinking of taking out in the desert and killing it for good.

anyone have any good ideas on how to do this?

Driving a civic 97.. I like it better than the Toyota Corolla that I had before. btw I live in PH so gas is like gold here :( ..

I looked into getting a Civic Type R like yours Andre, but its basically the same as my Golf GTI.

Kick ass car tho, my friend has one and he loves it. I need to get a pic of his CD Player for you! Its awesomeeeeeeeee.

hondas are pretty hard to kill, i've watched my brother try and blow the engine on one and it's not easy.

hondas suck and they break down and attract burglars!

Honda makes reliable cars, but just about every loser owns one, so if your goal is to just get from point a to point b, for gor it :thumbsup

Honda makes great cars. I own a CRV and love it. Had Civics and Accords as well. All great, very few problems if any and they drive very very well.

The Accords look great too as do the Civics.

I believe the civic is the most stolen/stripped car in the US.

I've got a 1999 Civic EX Coupe that has never needed a repair other than the regular maintenance, a fan/blower for my ac ($60$) and a muffler (75$). As long as you keep the oil and tranny fluid changed the baby runs like a dream.

Best "investment" in a car you can make if you plan on keeping it for a long time.

I've been driving my car free for 3 years now and I know she's still got 10 good years left in her. At 37k miles she's barely broken in. I spend about $50 on gas a month. Mileage wise I can go about 400 miles highway before having to feul up.

i have 2003 Honda Civic Si (cdn special edition model) I love it! :)

I have a '98 DX hatch. Was at 430whp, now I'm stuffing a K24 engine from an Acura TSX into it. Not only is the package .6L more than my old motor, it weighs 70lbs less and the head flows over 25% better. Aiming for reliable 700whp daily driven. Here's a little video I put together yesterday... i drive like once or twice a week and still have my 2nd ever car, that being a Honda CRX. Had it for 6 years now and have only spent $1500 (most of that being in new 17" tyres now and then) Great little car, mines all riced up cause i used to work for a Bodykit/car modifying shop. I dont think i'll get rid of it.

Next up with be an s2000
