Epassporte WTF???
 

A very strange thing happened to my girlfriend. She tried to withdraw money from her Epassporte Visa Electron, but the ATM behaved as if her PIN was incorrect (which wasn't because it was saved in her phone and she uses it everytime because she doesn't remember it). After that she even tried to use it in several POS terminals to make really sure it didn't happen due to a broken ATM or something. Same results. She wrote an email to Epassporte support (I told her to use her Epass email address, because I know there were some problems with communication when an external email address was used). They didn't reply for several WEEKS. Now she looked into her 'Sent' folder and found out her email was removed.

W T F??

did anyone of you experience anything similar?

I'd really appreciate if someone from Epassporte support contacted me if (s)he read this.

I believe sent emails are deleted after a period of time, I don't know the reason for it but that seems to be the way the email system is set up.

I believe a better idea would be to delete answered and solved emails rather than the other ones. Actually, I don't see any reason to delete any email automatically.
