Tech Support for CHamelon????!!!
 

Anyone on here from chameleon? I have sent several unanswered emails, and tried contacting them on icq for 2 days straight with no luck. Any suggestions?

The CS Support is running on EU time.. so its usually only the time difference.
sometimes little delay on weekends.
I guess they got back to you already as they always do.
If not, I would just try to send another icq, maybe it got lost or something,and no worries, its nice people over there..
or next time simply post your thing here and someone might be able to help you out..

I had an issue with Chameleon when I first got it. It was tough for me to get ICQ support since they were on EU time. Email support worked the best for me... they will bend over backwards to help you when they can. They fixed the problem for me and then gave me a free month of service... couldn't be happier!
