It didn't directly mention Scientology, but I'm pretty sure they intended everyone to assume thats what they were talking about. Had a lot of references to the first Scientology episode and left the impression they were talking about Scientology with a lot of the jokes.

by far the most shocking episode, in my opinion. was like watching a bitter divorce... If I wasn't laughing my ass off while watching it, I was in awe at the depth of what they were conveying. man, what an interesting chain of events this Chef thing turned into.

kudos to the South Park guys for utilizing their media presence to the fullest.
