Revshare hosting took over my bangbros account?
 

Im confused. Months ago i signed up for revshare hosting. Free hosting if you use their sponsor referral...something like that. I signed up for a bangbros account through them. So, i never did anything with it...made 1 site or submitted something or whatever.

Now i got a sale for that account...i totally forgot about it. So i look if payment details are correct and the profile page shows the wire info for someone from Revsharehosting.

Now im not really sure how their setup works and i dont want wrongly accuse someone but i have the feeling this isnt really how its supposed to be, is it?

Revshare takes the payment then cuts you a check last time I checked.

They do that so they get their cut of the payment.

Isnt it bad for them in this case then that i can log in? And change my info to epass? This is like asking to be cheated.

Actually I am mistaken. It can be either from revshare or the host. You still get payed by the sponsors themselves at a lower rate and revshare gets a cut from the sponsor. Sorry.

as for when they pay you I am sure they have some sort of controls on it.

Its set either 2 ways depending on how they worked it out with the sponsor, since they only have certain sponsors they work with.

1. Payment from sponsors gets sent to Revshare. Revshare then cuts you the lower payout amount.

2. Your lower payout gets sent to your from sponsor. Then the rest is sent to revshare.

Well, even if their info should be there and i get a check from revshare hosting then i think i shouldnt be able to login to that bangbros account.

A ton of sponsors use revshare hosting, we are one of them.

The payment goes to them and they cut you a check but pay you a little bit less because they are providing your hosting.

You still get access to your bangbros account. They never took over your account, there info is like that on all accounts.

Ok thats cool then, i just think its bad for them giving access to your account. First of all, i almost changed it because i thought i shouldnt be there. I wasnt sure so i asked here first, which im glad i did, but many others might not ask it first. And 2nd the people who will cheat them on purpose...

Here's how it works: for some sponsors I set up the account for you and RevShare pays you your share directly and for other sponsors you are paid by the sponsor.

As for changing your account info at BangBros, that is not allowed as that is fraud. They have it set up so that if any changes are ever made to the account profile, I am notified of the changes so I can change it back.

Yes, we do rely on webmaster honesty, but we also have safeguards in place for the easily tempted.

That said, I would love to have you and anyone else building galleries and making money in the RevShare system. BangBros is just one of our many fine sponsor programs.

Hey man, I appreciate the opportunity to explain our system and how it all works.

I especially appreciate your concern about fraud. Fraud is the biggest threat to my business for sure, but we have excellent safe guards in place. Plus the people using RevShare appreciate the opportunity to participate in our unique system and are very conscientious about what they do.

So what do I have to do to get you building and submitting galleries through RevShare more often :-)
