They merged porndvddollars.com and stiffycash.com. You can log into Stiffy Cash with your PDVDdollars user/pass. The contact info on the site is correct or you can post to their board, porncity.net.

Same people that runs Mayorsmoney you can hit up Wizzo, Lisa or Mayor.
