My horse just had her baby
 

My mare just had her baby yesterday morning at 9am after 12 hours of labor. Ya I am going to post a picture... :)
His name is Prince FireStorm, this picture was when he was 30 hours old.. he is also for sale if anyone wants to buy a young colt, he will be weaned in 4 months, price $5,500

witness the birth... I helped her deliver it... he was to big for her to deliver by heself.

I h ad my foaling cam on (webcam with my phone number on the page) and had put on the page if anyone saw her having the baby an dI was not out there to call me, I fell asleep in front of my monitor at about 8am and I got a call at 9am from a wompan who said Queenie was having the baby... she could not get him out, his head was to big, so I called the vet and the vet told me to go in and pull as she pushed, so when she pushed, I pulled his feet and after a few minutes he was out!!!

I got the gore pictures, of the moms bloody leg laying over the baby right after delivery, blood all over the floor... but I dont want to excite some of the people on here :)

I watched the video for 15 mins. and didn't see much, great idea in having many people watch. I'am sure it increases safety for Mom and baby.

I would love to keep him to see how he turns out, but he would be my third stallion, 2 is already to many. have one of my friesian stallions for sale for $35,000 if you want to but him.. he is 4 yrs old.

the new guy should mature to about 17 hands, he cannot be delivered untill he is weaned which is about 4 -5 months of age but I would take a deposit on him if soeone wants to buy him. He is able to be registered through the FOA (friesians of america) and through the Georgian Grande horse association
