One of the best places in the world for BBQ is down in Southern Illinois in a town called Murphysboro. The restaurant is called "17th Street", and it's one a fuckton of world bbq rib titles. Bill Clinton used to have them flown to him at the White House all the time, seriously.
It's the best ribs i've ever had. |
now for the REAL question
Dry or wet ribs? I am a dry kinda guy with a lil sauce on the side to dip HOLLA! |

Sofar in LA I havent been able to find a rib joint. Not like the south where you can get good BBQ almost anywhere.
Best BBQ I ever had was in a little town about 30 min north of Little Rock Arkansas. They had so many awards and trophies you had to walk around them to get a seat. awesome place, wish I could remember the name. |
