sorry.... maybe I'm dumb, but I'm thinking it's a cheesy fucking gimmick.

Usually I allow my clients to have input all the way along the process, so that I do not have to do a redesign - they are happy the first time around.

It is MY JOB to deliver something the client is happy with ... I certainly don't charge them DOUBLE for that luxury. I guarantee client satisfaction included in my regular prices - but that's just me! :arcadefre

I have never heard of this gimmick and anyone who pays double for a design just to guarantee they will be happy with it is a fucking asshat.

Doesn't anyone do design presentations anymore? I can't imagine having a client who hasn't seen several concepts, then more designs, and then more designs, before the final design is even presented.

Maybe this explains $200 logos...

Pretty simple:

I guarantee sales conversions, member retention and CTR on ads. Each design comes with a consulting session to work out how best to capitalize on your content. Often I go over traffic sources with each client and a number of issues related to their sales performance. If the agreed upon guaranteed levels aren't met, we keep redoing it until it is. We also often tweak aspects of the design as we go and monitor conversions. Just ask Ray from Tasty Dollars what we did for his sales this last week.

You can pay $X for a design and be happy with how it looks and get 1:1000 sales or you can have us spend the time and effort to tweak your site for however long it takes and get 1:500 or whatever we agree to and make a lot more money back. You want pretty or you want profitable? How many designers will back their work with a PERFORMANCE guarantee?

Now as to the price, check that price sheet again. I offer non-guaranteed versions of the designs for people who feel comfortable tweaking designs themselves or who already know exactly what they need on it to convert best and will just tell me what they want. $499 for a top quality design from a guy who knows how to make a converting tour is not double what you pay for other good designs.

Thanks man. I'm not trying to say I'm a better designer than anyone else. I'm just offering a more full service option and, yeah it costs more, but I'm guaranteeing you sales with it which takes much more time and editing to achieve. The cheaper option is always there to get the designs like you can get anywhere else.

hence the initial consultation. I've turned jobs away because the person didn't have good enough content or the means to buy it. How many designers do you know who just take people's money knowing full well they are going to flop? I won't do that... I advise people on what they need to succeed and try to help them along however possible. If they don't have the means I steer them away or just don't take the job so I'm not stuck in perpetual edits.

Things like servers going down and biller problems I am obviously not in control of and no one holds nme to it for dumb shit like that. Some of it is a matter of mutual trust.

You're charging $700 for a paysite with no guarantee of performance although obviously you're hitting the mark at least on those. I'm charging $499 for the same thing. So for anyone to say I have doubly high prices, I don't understand. I also see you're page says you are overbooked so you probably should raise your prices because you're worth it or you wouldn't be overbooked.

Again I am not claiming to be better than anyone. There are lots of great designers on here. I just offer a particular type of service that some people can really benefit from.

We're not overbooked now, I simply didn't update the page, hence that's why I don't raise prices. However, when we're overbooked if a customer wants ME to do the design instead of a junior (still under my supervision and I always do some touchs), then I charge a little more.

Anyway, I find your guarantee interesting. My only "guarantee" if you want to call it that way is that I don't do certain sites depending on niches. When it comes to pornstars, shemales, cartoon, fetish and that kind of stuff I can do magic. Other niches could be great or so so, and niches I don't know... I simply reject them

btw, if someone needs some kickass tours, I'm available {/end shameless plug}

Mark you need to raise your prices. I paid $1400 for my old tours and Mark charged me only $999.

We contracted him for TastyGina, it has been up for about 6 days day and my conversions literally went through the roof. Its for this very reason the he is now also redoing TastyTara and designing TastyCrisa as well.
