On tonight ... so it's my first season watching it and I'm all pumped up to watch it tonight.

Who else?!

Is tonight really the end? Awesome! I have to watch the whole season right in a row, so I've been holding out waiting for the season to finish so I can download and watch them all together.

Now I'm excited. Watching TV is MUCH better this way.

they only make few episodes per season, 13 if I'm not mistaken

I didn't miss any episode of The Shield. From the start I've been following this show already.

They say it's on at 10p ... not here in Denver, it's on at 11p. I have to wait extra long! ARGH! Glad I took that nap. : )

the suspense is killing me. it will be another unforgettable season finale.

ummm.. wish i would have seen this earlier, not a steady sheild watcher, but i like it whenever i get the chance to sit down and watch tv!

Shawn Ryan was on Fresh Air last week and he said they were shooting one more season and then klilling it.

I hope to god they go out hard and Shakespearean with every character dying. Lem's down, Vic could kill Shane next season...who knows.

When Vic finds out what really happened to Lem and why I think that he, if anyone, will understand that it had to be done. If not then the team would all have ended up in prison. Great show. :thumbsup

I figured Vic was the father of Danny's baby. When Shane was talking to Lem at the end I just had this really bad feeling, but damn I didn't expect what happened. Lem's makeup was amazing and you could almost see his forgiveness in his eyes.

I don't know if I agree it "had" to be done. They had arrangements to get him safely out of the country, to support him, etc. Shane is very selfish and he knew if Lem was ever caught, he'd end up in jail for all he was involved in.

This season they didn't show Vic with his kids, especially the 2 autistic kids, which was surprising, as it always showed he did have a softer side. Ronnie needs more of a story, I think he's only had one in 5 seasons.

Well, 10 more months until the season premiere!

They show repeats on Spike on Fridays at 10p and sometimes do marathons of it. If that's any help ...

Last night--WOW! I knew Lem was gonna leave the show either way, you could figure it out, but I didn't see that coming. And I don't like that cop that killed him. I never have. I know I only started watching it this season, but for dirty cops he's rubbed me the wrong way since day one. Something about him. I dunno ...

FX is my new station. I'm not a big tv watcher, but they have come out with some good shows. I will definitely give Thief a watch when it comes out.

What happened to Lem was shocking, but at the end I felt that Shane was gonna do something stupid as he always has. This time if Vic finds out Shanes ass will be toast!

Shane made the right decission. Lem wanted to pay 'for his sins' and do some time. He would have brought the whole team down wether he wanted to or not...

No he didnt.

Lem wanted to take the fall so everyone else could go back to life wihtout Kavanough on thier back.

the scary thought is that they vic will probably think this was retaliation for the bust on the grenade drug dealers.

He would have messed things up again (just like he did with the money train money)... Lem was a good guy, loyal, but he didn't have the stomach for 'another fight'. While Vic, Shane, ronny never saw 'giving up' as an option, Lem panicked (again) and wanted to turn himself in. His intentions were good (saving the team), but he was blind to the fact that him pleading guilty to even bigger charges would have implicated the whole team.

Shane made the right decission, imho.

There are times when I REALLY miss having a TV...this is one of them.

Lem was a good guy... certainly better than Shane. The Shield won't be the same anymore. I think I'm kinda glad now that next season will be the last.
