ccbill issues?
 

Is anyone having issues with getting ccbill checks? I've had 1 missing and disappear off the face of the earth, now the replacement check and my next period pay (after a few successful pays) has now vanished as well.

We would be happy to look into this for you. Every once in a while a check will get returned to us or lost in the mail, but this is rather rare so we may have a problem with your address.

Shit happens. CCBill has never missed a payment with us, and we are in Canada, too. Contact them directly, they will take care of you.

Well, I have luckily only had one be lost since august. But, it stunk as it cost me $20. And, I had to wait for a bit on it:) They did get right on it though. I do find it odd sometimes (i realize mail timing is not always the same)I will receive my checks on Wednesday then other times it will be Sat and occassionally Mondays. The wednesday is SUPER fast so it must be something to do with my post office and being in the sticks.

Never had a problem with ccbill cheques.
They arrive weekly on time. I can almost set my watch to them.

I have no doubt of getting paid LOL you guys always have. Its just 2 missing now within a couple months is, as your said "rather rare". Once ok, twice - weird. Just wanted any Canadian webmasters feedback to see if they had mailing issues such as I. I am speaking with Doug right now.
