Seems to be a VB exploint.. its really difficult to write a webapp that has all the features of something like VB and make it secure at the same time. Since security is usually an afterthought for most web programmers (go figure), big gaping holes exist in most popular PHP web apps (xoops, phpnuke, postnuke have a pretty bad security history)

Be careful people! Although it looks like the NP hackers were 'greyhats' and didnt seem to destroy any data.. just hacked the page for props and pointed out the security hole from what ive seen.
