Telnet and Win XP

what happend to telnet in win xp ???

Damn, I though this was going to be some kind of contest.

Something happened to it? It's on my system but I usually use SSH

i used win98 before winxp
and i had telnet there
but now i cant find it anywhere in winxp (home edition)
is there a new name for it ?
