Steve Rubell - Studio 54
 

i just watched that movie again last night and what a guy he was, it would have been great to have met him in real life, to bad he died.

Did anyone here ever have the chance to go to Studio 54 and if so, what was it like, i heard that the studio 54 building was for sale.

Mike Meyers should of been nominated for a oscar , his performance for incredible. The movie was weak but his was great.

I've been but not in the coke and sex days. I missed all the fun. They still lease the space out for private parties.

Mike Myers is really funny. I like him in austin Powers.

$20K should do it. Maybe less depending on what time you want to have your event.

He and his old Studio 54 partner Ian Schrager own some pretty nice hotels.

Rubell's family runs his hotels which includes the Albion in Miami.

Ian Schrager owns the better ones like the Hudson & Paramount in NY and the Delano in Miami. The hotels Ian also owns the domain studio54.com.


One thing you can expect from all the hotels is lots of coke, hot girls & sex.

don't forget Ryan Phillippe, also great in that one

I would check out that movie because I heard that Mike Myers did a good job in that movie.
