you go to sneeze and then you dont and then you try to sneeze but you cant and your eyes go all teary

its almost as bad as sitting on the toilet and nothing comes out..

I was told by a nurse to take 10 slow deep breaths while sitting on the pot to help things along (enhale through your nose and blow out your mouth). It works everytime. :)
