then they use Metallica for their vid without permission on their myspace to drive traffic to their pay site.

I am saying that... this contribution website used links in their smut shop from GFY. They neither credited GFY or created a link to GFY. They have since bolted down the smut shop for contributing members only, and can only be viewed by paid subscribers. I have a beef with them....one that I expressed in an earlier thread, but that is another thread.

I am just the little guy sitting over here trying to point out that someone profited from others material.

The video is hosted on myspace, you're driving no ones BW up. Along with that, the video is tagged and labled with the site you are spamming in every other post.

Get a clue quickly

you dont have to have metallica's permission to videotape yourself with them playing in the background.. find something else
