AFF - Great fucking way to treat customers
 

Just realized this now but you guys closed my member account right after I requested a refund on unauthorized charges. Sure, you gave me HALF back. now that I was thinking of it and had a few mintues to go send another support ticket I am unable to login because my account does not exist! So I can't even grab billing details to show you what's missing in my refunds.

Before all the gfy haters asume shit, I turned OFF automatic rebills before xmas and continued to get billed until I noticed it on my credit card bill.

I have always foud the way aff does business was fucked up but this is rediculous. This is why all the smaller datign sites are starting to gain popularity... and don't get me started on the deception with the male mebers.

So.. when do I get my other month's of billing back?

Email me. cjwc @ rogers . com before this gets ugly.

I posted here because, I thought maybe something would be done instead of only half done. Also being ignored when sending emails to a company is not fun either. So here I am.

My hadle is cjwc. I'm not emailing. Just get your customer care dude to refund what's left owing. I cancelled my billing for a certain date, the billign went through for 2 additional months. Only one month was refunded. Just tell him that.

It's not the money.. it's the fact that I spent money, used teh service, canceled rebills and continued to have money taken form myc ard without authorization, then when disputed, only half the stolen moneyw as given back then my whole accoutn shut down so I could nto send any more support tickets, then my email were ignored.
