Can I use Epassporte on a POS terminal in a bank to get my money in USD...

I'm in europe but I need money in USD... so I have to withdraw the money in other currency and then buy again USD... and I'm fucked up with almost 10 % ...

So can I use it on a Visa Electron pos terminal in a bank ?

im sure thatll work, Ive used the epass card in POS terminals for buying stuff too so why wouldnt it work at the bank

It should work.
You can use the Electron in terminals that are online so that it can check that there is money on the account.
