This error happens when there's no billers in the cascade... I don't know if they're using software to see if Paycom/CCBill are up/down and maybe that screwed up and pulled both billers out?

I reported it to John Albright from NATs. Hopefully they can look in to it on behalf of reality cash.

I'm sure they'll compensate us. I hope they just credit us average sales (or maybe average +10%) for the lost days. I'm not really a fan of $50 sign up weekends to make up for it, too much chance in that. Just pay me what I'd most likely have made. :2 cents:
