I imagine so. The ones that don't need to look at expansion by outsourcing.

$100k a year isnt really shit.

100k yearly properly saved and invested could make you worth 50 million or more within 40 years.. are you on crack 100k isnt a lot? maybe if you live rediculously high on the hog, but most people could live extremely well anywhere in the world on such money, even in new york.

If you have the talent you make what you want. I know many designers who are only held back because they goof off instead of work most of the time :P

100K a year minus taxes is a take home of about $68000
that's 5666 per month. Now, living in san francisco rent for a 2 bedroom is anywhere from 1700 to 3000 per month. Car, insurance, parking food .. how much can you put away and invest?
Let's say a $800 a month in an investment portfolio.. I am not going to pull out the investment calculator, but I will tell you that in 40 years you would be lucky to have a million dollars and not even factoring inflation over 40 years.
I completely disagree with your $50 million dollar theory. If you can prove me worng then I have a job for you as a CFP.
