popups in netscape??

anyone know the code to make a popup window work in netscape?

the general code for this works fine in firefox and IE but not in netscape.. it opens up a completely new page rather than a specified pop up window of like 200x200 or whatever..

It's hard to pop open a window in a browser that no one uses.
