Batch stamp mpeg files?

I am wondering if there is any software that can batch stamp MPEG files...
Say I have several hundred 2mb mpeg files that need to be stamped twice with 2 different logos/URLs... Easiest way to do this?

Yeah, thats what I usually do...
It works, but takes quite some time, especially when I need several hundred of these files, with different watermarks/stamps.

Try ffmpeg .. It will do this for you server side. Type in ffmpeg watermark on Google for some ideas
